What does the Health Check actually include? +
A 60-minute on-site inspection by a British-qualified engineer. We check the AC units, ductwork, airflow, and obvious fault signs. You get a one-page RAG-scored report by email with photo evidence and a plain-English recommendation. No obligation, no sales pressure.
How much is the Diagnostic fee? +
AED 500–1,500 depending on system complexity and property size. A villa with 20 units is different work to an apartment with two. The fee is waived if works proceed within 14 days — hence "Diagnostic. Free if it works."
Are your engineers DEWA-certified? +
No — and we're careful not to claim it. Our engineers hold British qualifications with 40+ years of UK mechanical and electrical experience between them. We're BESA registered.
Can I get VPC duct cleaning and VT maintenance together? +
Yes. Vita Pro Cleaning (our sister brand) handles duct cleaning and UVC sanitisation (Premium UVC includes lab swab testing for mould and bacteria). AMC clients get 10–15% off VPC, depending on tier. Ask us about the bundled package.
Do you do portfolio / commercial pricing? +
Yes. Tiered volume rates for 20–49, 50–99, 100–299 and 300+ units. Property managers, FM companies and corporate facilities get tailored commercial terms. The Health Check is still free.
